How long will my project take to complete?
Branding projects can range between 2-4 weeks, while web design usually take between 6-8 week. Please note that the length of the project will depend on your collaboration and responsiveness.
What do I need to do before starting a project with you?
  • An open mind and a solid vision of your brand.
  • All your text, photos, blog posts, and product details should be prepared before your start date. Need help with writing your copy? No worries, I work with an amazing copy writer on my team who can help you write and tailor your message to your audience (for an additional cost).
  • For web design project, you will need a domain name and hosting. I strongly recommend Bluehost.
Will I be able to maintain the design after launch?
Yes, I will provide an hour training session on how to maintain and update your website. In addition to our training session, you’ll receive a training video to teach you how to use and maintain your website on your own. I am also available for a month after your website launch for any technical issues.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently accept payments via PayPa or your preferred Credit Cards. All projects are billed in US Dollars
How does the payment process work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due prior to starting your project to reserve your space in my client schedule. You have the option to pay your balance in full on your start date or to create a payment plan that will be split into 2 additional payments. Please note that we don’t offer payment plans for any projects under $500.
